Waitresses were quick and kind. The food came out quickly and warm. The restaurant and table was clean.

We received the best service ever at a Sharis restaurant ever during this visit. All the staff members were polite, courteous, efficient and friendly. It was obvious to me, that this group worked well as a team and got along well with each other.

Our server Corri was great, major cudos, we had no idea she was new, she acted like a seasoned server. We are somewhat regulars and she remembered our desire for a carafe of water with lemon as we were being seated. The staff here including Judy, Satoya, Sonia and now Corri treat is like family. We will remain loyal cutomers as long as they are working. However we both have found Kelly to be abrupt and rude when dealing with her. We just try to come in when she is not here.

I have gotten consistently great service and food at this location for the last 7 years I've lived in the community.

The staff was friendly. The food was cooked as we requested.

This was a to-go order and was ready when I arrived. The food was still hot when I got home. I also added to the order once I arrived. Staff were very happy to add to the order. Since it is difficult for me to get dinner on the table every night, Shari's is a great option. I pick it up, we eat at home and enjoy a great meal. What I was a little unhappy about and was no fault of the staff was the guy in line ahead of me who just didn't seem to care there were 3 or 4 other people behind him waiting to pay. He delayed the process. Staff tried to move him along, but he was not going to move.
