Shari's

Seated immediately, service was fast and accurate. Friendly staff. Good tasting food.

The first booth that they tried to seat us at had a huge tear in the seat with cloth/cotton stuffing showing. I explained that at this Shari's they often have seats exposed and that is where the germs hide no matter how clean they try to make it. She asked if I wanted another booth and I said that I did and she immediately moved us. While that fixes my issue this particular Shari's needs to watch their plastic booths & fix them as soon as someone cuts them. They should also monitor who is obviously tearing their booths and catch them. Whether it is some competitor or just some kid they need to be more watchful.

Overall the experience was great Good good and the people who work here are lovely.

The food and server were great

I love the environment, comfort and ease of presented service. There is a timely presentation of order without a sense of rush, patience with attention to detail and a great dose of humanity. I've boasted of sharis to many people that believed a place would lean on their specialty pies, surprising most of how delicately a place could become a regular dinning, home style, place to unwind and enjoy such great food combinations at such a great value that a slice of pie earns its award winning place. Thanks sharis, y'all doing it right.
