The food was good, it was served fast, and there was plenty of tea, and lots of attention, all of which makes for a good experience.

Frances greeted us at the door with warmth and genuine delight to receive us like we are family. Jacquie came by to say "Hi" and ask if we are okay. Our server Judy is delightful, thoughtful and an incredibly nice person. She takes time to always notice what we like and deliver it the way we request. Your family of fine people at this location is always something we brag to others about and are what keep us coming in over and over for 13 years.

This Sharis is our normal location to visit. The familiar friendly faces are always uplifting, even when I can tell the ladies are stressed and wishing they had roller skates to get between tables. The wait staff, especially those who are long term employees, remember faces of the regulars and that adds a homey touch to the visit.

Expected a different presentation of the berries pancakes. More whole berries and less jam.

Service was slow. The staff was inattentive although the restaurant was not very busy. They didn't have chocolate ice cream (MAJOR fail). The marinara dipping sauce for the fried mozzarella was served cold. When we asked for it to be heated, it took over five minutes. The server said she thought we were rejecting it, not asking for it to be warmed.

Your logo is Cafe Sharis Pies. When you walk in to this location, you immediately see the UGLY, HORRIBLE looking Pie case...it is shameful! As a professional cake decorator, I went to a supply store and purchased two brand new rolls of cake foil (food grade) and they were sealed. I presented the manager with these so the pie case could be decorated to look better. She said she'd have to get approval to do such a thing. I don't know if this is a priority with her, the pie case STILL looks crappy! A couple of weeks ago, an assistant manager had one of the servers replace the ugly tin foil with the cake foil and the Pie display case looked AMAZING...for a few hours. When the manager came in, she ripped down the nice looking foil and replaced it with the regular tin foil. I paid $14 per roll for gorgeous, textured, colored foil. For a few hours your case was proudly displaying pies. MANY, MANY customers commented on how beautiful your case looked. Honestly, your case looks worse than a grocery store display. You are a pie house! You want to sell pies? Make them look more appealing to your customers. Take pride in appearance.
