took way to long to receive food. For the duration of your reward program, I have never found a host that knew what a Check-In code was fro the Shari's app. Sharis should spend a little more in training. This has been several location over several years. Your program becomes a joke if the customer has to teach the employees.

The waitress was very friendly; however, she did seem slightly overwhelmed and a bit confused even though the restaurant at 2:30AM was not very full.

First my Grandson went under the table to get something and my Husband looked down and found the outlets had no cover.He is an Electrician and said that was NOT code..it really needs attention...Then I went to the bathroom and OMG it was FILTHY!! The toilets had excrement all over in one toilet the other was filled around the rim with wet tp stuck to it. The paper towel cover was missingand wet paper towels all over the fllor..this was about 1130 am...never seen anything like it at Sharis...sad!

Every time I go in this one they seem preoccupied and food takes forever resgardless what you order the place is never busy but yet you wait wait and no one comes back to refill drinks or tell you how long it will be

Turnover in staff is somewhat bothersome. The stores somewhat 80's and the maint. is lacking. Things that are repaired are done in a manner that lacks pride. ie welding on the windows and repair or lack of repair on the seating etc. It seems that the 185th store has a revolving manager policy and you never know who is going to be working at the store from day to day. I have been going to that store for 20+ years and the staff seems to change way to much.

It took a few minutes to get greeted and seated. We had to get a waitress after waiting for 10 minutes. In that time we had tried to make eye contact but got ignored by three waitresses on duty. We then had to wait another 15 minutes to get water refills. We are regulars and this is not typical service.

I ordered crispy, crispy bacon, but not charred and it came out chewy/soggy. I like my bacon crunchy. The eggs are not quality. The yolks were bright yellow and the eggs themselves didn’t taste very good. They should be a dark orange. There is nothing that the cook could have done to improve the taste. If you’re not supporting egg producers that treat their chickens humanely while they are alive, then you are adding to the problem. Make sure the eggs come from chickens that are not only "cage free," but "free range." NO hormones, NO antibiotics, NO feed that is not natural. It is large corporations such as yourselves that create the demand for eggs and meat that are not treated humanely while they are alive and slaughtered in a manner that, I am sure, you wouldn’t want to see anything die this way. Think about it. It is time for change. Thanks!
