I felt that some portion sizes were a little small...

Basically my reason to why this visit is not satisfied is for the coffee is always warm.we would like my coffee hot.that's everything.thank you -please

The manager saw me come in but ignored me. There was someone wanting to buy a pie. She talked to her about the pie. The lady bought one. The manager boxed it. Still, nothing as I stood to wait. She then noticed a man who had come to pay. He may have been standing back, I'm not sure but she still did not make eye contact and did not greet me and did not say she would be right with me. She took care of him. As he was signing his check she said she would be right with me. This restaurant was not busy at the time. I felt she was ignoring me because of my service dog. I asked for a booth and she put me back by the gamblers.

The window frames are badly rusted. I always wonder if they are going to fall in on us.

My server Stacy was amazing she was the only server working. I'm not sure if it was a scheduling over site or if someone was unable to show up for their shift. At any rate...she handled a difficult situation Perfectly! I'll be back!

Coffee cup was dirty, the coffee pots need to be cleaned (polished), only one server for the entire restaurant; she tried but couldn't take good care of all the customers.

It wasn't that it was bad or anything like that. I had a bit of a headache and it was just hard to enjoy this place as much as I usually do. Nothing bad with the place itself.

The food took too long to receive

My husband ordered the fish and chips and frankly, they didn't look or taste any better than what you get out of the freezer section at the store. The portions were very small. When we go out to eat, we expect better than freezer food from home.
