Service and staff are usually great and friendly, however food is usually a long wait and not necessarily worth the wait or price.

When I got there the manager greeted me and asked if I wanted something to drink. I replied coffee. The carafe of coffee only held a cup of warm coffee. Adding cream only made it tipid. I was disappointed. I didn't drink the coffee pot I didn't ask that the coffee be replaced. My experience is usually better. I had never seen this particular manager before. He seemed to be more interested in the paper than customer service.

The Sharis seemed little understaffed so I waited for bit before being served but not too bad. The serve was extremely nice though.

We come here often. It's good, derives is good. Today they forgot my toast and jam with my meal.

Staff and food are great as usual. Even though the restaurant is clean, the building is old and it shows it. Rust along the window beam's and very dated compared to other Shari's we visit. That really set's the atmosphere.

We like this Shari's for the employees and the atmosphere - but I think the interior could use a little sprucing up - paint table legs so they aren't chipped, the upholstery around the booths looks soiled from hands touching. Otherwise, it's nice. The lights are not too bright or too dark which is nice.

Sonja, the checkout person did not follow my instructions to only charge $3.50 to my gift card and instead charged the balance that was on the card of $8.01. When I asked why she said because that was what was left and that she could not change it no. I did not believe that she could not change it by voiding the transaction & charging what I told her to charge. This means that the previous waitress does not get $4.51 while Rochelle (your waitress gets $5 on a smaller order. This does not seem fair to me and I am disappointed that Sonja thinks of it as a big inconvenience to handle Customer's gift cards. We come in at least 8 times a month and expect better consideration.

6 slices of not freshly cooked bacon, 2 pancakes and a large milk. $17.56 plus a $2 tip, almost $20 for that is way to expensive. Otherwise everything was great.
