Fast servers and nice waitresses

It was a good experience for us, but the temperature in the room was kind of cold. Other than that everything was great!

Both myself and my dinner partner ordered steak medium rare. They both arrived very well done and looking very dry. The server took them back and new steaks were served to us.

The team member that was in the front when I walked in did not seem happy to be there not one smile am a manger in the food industry and customers service is the most important thing if you go in to a place and they look unhappy to be there or to help you ,you most likely won't go back.

The welcome greeting we got wasn't very genuine or quick. We got an overabundance of drinks. The food was absolutely amazing though, and the wait staff was nice.

understaffed, slow service, cold food, this seems to be the new way with sharis, especially the slow service and being understaffed

The seat of the booth that we sat at was torn (had a huge hole in the middle of the plastic seat). This is where germs can hide and was disgusting to look at even if they did not collect germs that were unhealthy to have in an eating establishment. We like this Sharis but they certainly need to repair their seats.
