The Prime Rib Stroganoff was not to my expectations. I believe stroganoff should be served with noodles, not penne. I was disappointed with the flavor.

The food took to long to receive it. The food was COLD!!! We were starving!!

The Caramel Macchiato had big chunks of ice like it was not blended properly and did not come with a big straw. We scooped it with our other small drinking straw and with our teaspoon but it was not as nice.

The service provided by Michelle was excellent,she was very courteous and friendly. We ordered the TBone steaks..which looked like "glued meat" and did not have the flavor of a true beef steak,although it was tender.I had a hard time finishing my portion of it as the seasoning used was overwhelming. I would have been happy with a tough piece of real "real beef"instead of the T-Bone that was so perfectly shaped in bone and appearance. The dinner salad was wilted with areas of brown from old lettuce and a bit unappetizing for me. At this point, I should have rejected our meals..but seeing such a young server trying so hard to please her customers, I did not have the heart to do so. I ordered a whole Lemon Sour Cream pie which was frozen solid.A little bit of let down for me when I got home for dessert. After spending $62.23 for the meals and take outs. I can honestly say it was a mistake to order 2 TBone steaks. For the future visit, I will just order the desserts and breakfast meals.

My eggs were way undercooked. Bordering raw. Everything else was pretty good. Although, for the thanksgiving meal the menu showed green bean casserole.What we got were mixed veggies instead of the casserole. Disappointed.

Once seated, servers kept walking by with no acknowledgement and it took a while for someone to approach me. I felt like I was in "No Man's Land" because the tables on either side of me kept getting attention.
