We have been coming to this Shari's for 13 years and always enjoy our visit, until lately. We have been there after 9pm on both Friday and Saturday nights and experienced loud personal music being played in the kitchen, and loud conversations from the kitchen that can be heard throughout the restaurant. The Cook, a large man, seems to want to sing and dance in the kitchen, not cook. The music he listens to is so distracting that, combined with the other music playing in the restaurant, it is hard to carry on a conversation at our table. Twice we have left before ordering dessert, just to get out to the nasty sound in the building. I also complained about this several months ago and I thought the situation had been cleared up. We are avoiding this restaurant at certain times of day because of this problem.

First I want to say waitress was wonderful. Main reason was that what we think was the dressing we did not eat cause we could not tell what it was. several parts of the dish were cold so I just boxed and took it home.

Too cold! Thermostat set too low. Food arrived hot, but turned cold before I finished meal. It's been this way for two weeks now. Others complained. Management seems to like it this way!

I visit Sharis a lot. I take my clients there I buy the meals. I do business at multiple Sharis and I am very knowledgeable of the menus etc. I ordered the farm for breakfast I got two cylinders of the ham which was very disappointing. Usually there's a big good size piece of ham stick. Not in this case. The only had one choice of Jan which they brought to my plate which was strawberry and it was very mild and color and it didn't taste good I don't care for strawberry anyway. I asked for another kind of jam and they said all they could give me was sugar-free which of course I didn't want to. Then I ask for honey which I got which was too sweet for my biscuits so I didn't even eat my biscuits. I did order a side of gravy for my hashbrowns which was a lukewarm when I got it I was very dissatisfied with this meal

Took 45 minutes to get order. Waitstaff was very apologetic and gave us a discount and wanted to give us free pie; but the manager was really rude saying we already got a discount. The waitstaff gave us pie anyway. It was the manager who was rude and the reason we probably won't return.

Having been a 2-3 days per week customer for more than 10 years, the Scott Management was superb. We were used to our food served a certain way, the way we enjoyed it, we loved being recognized by everyone and the place was always spotless - Scott was an incredible manager and most of his staff was there for a long time. Now, 5 minutes after being introduced by one of the servers as a Shari's Best Customer to New Manager Karen - she forgot us within 5 minutes. We have returned a few times since but nothing GOOD can be said, service has forgotten us twice once to order and the other time they forgot our order. This is a sad version of Denny's.

Once I received my food, the waitress, or anyone, ever came back to see how the food was, if I needed anything else, or anything, NOTHING. I was going to order pie but, at this point was very discouraged. the check finally came when I stood up to go to the cashier and ask for it. This is my local Sharis and I go there fairly often. This was the worst service I have ever received!

Got menu. No insert about prime rib. Asked about prime rib. Told it's served every night. Could not find it on menu. Asked about size and price. Told "Well regular and large but the regular is quite big." She had to ask two other people to get price. Had to ask for fork. Prime rib tasted good but did NOT look very appetizing. Sides on plate were all carbs. Had to buy salad separately. Told a friend about experience. Comment was, "Oh, they are terrible."

Too much fake whipped cream on pie, that was not warmed up like usually is and in machhiato. No orange garnish on our breakfast plate but waitress did go back and get us when I mentioned. We miss our regular Rochelle, who has a different shift due to new Supervisor or Manager who does not know that us Seniors want to come at 5PM and go home before it gets dark so we miss our favorite waitress who did everything perfect and was main reason for us coming to this Sharis restaurant.
