I ordered quiche, but what I received was a poor excuse for what I ordered. On top of a slice of custard were pieces of bacon, chopped green onion and a piece of oil filled fake Swiss Cheese. It was then microwaved which made the "cheese hard and the onions raw. It was hard to eat and had little flavor. Your staff are fine, the pies are great but this was a very poor excuse for quiche.

The waitress that served me tonight was not what I am used to at this restaurant; she did not engage in any conversation at all nor was she prompt, she seemed almost angry when I stated the nobody would be joining me at the booth in the bar. The " Top sirloin" steak I received was smaller than the stuffed hash browns, and I understand you cannot serve undercooked food however, I asked to have my steak prepared rare and what I got was closer to medium well. Although overall I was disappointed and dissatisfied with this visit I must mention the manager on duty, I do not remember her name, was and always has been very helpful pleasant and friendly.

There was something in our salad, and asked for a new one, which our server (who was awesome) gladly offered to get us a new one. The trainee asst manager or whatever the role was, argued that we did not need a new salad.... and came back to our table later and was way to intense and leaned over us, like they were trying to intimidate us. Did not like that at all!!!!!! Will ask our server to not let them stop by our table inthe future!!!

It is clear that the food is processed and the spices and taste was very disappointing. I had chocolate milk that tasted like chemicals and my dad's pot roast was terrible. Appreciate the offer to Make changes but it was a very unsatisfying trip. The pies were good.

I had eggshell in my ice tea, my fries were not as shown in menu also cold. Very little fish mostly batter

My husband picked up a pecan pie to go. It was under cooked and the filing was runny. Very little pecan flavor, all and a real disappointment for $12.

Mixed vegetables were scorched. Mushroom option was delivered wrong from kitchen. Size of steak was too small.

Not happy about having to pay extra for gravy for my chicken strips. Gravy is probably already made for chicken fried steak menu item. Seem logical to me that gravy would be included in any chicken menu item anyway.

I had stopped going to Shari's due to the quality of the food served long ago. My boyfriend wanted to grab breakfast real quick before running errands & I said "Sure, we can stop there. It's pretty hard to mess up eggs". The place was practically empty when we got there and we were seated at a horrible little quarter circle sized table after standing at the door for nearly 2 minutes. We were greeted when we walked in, but no one see,ed overly concerned with seating us. My eggs, which were ordered over-easy were under-cooked; the whites were still clear in several areas. My toast was soggy & instead of hashbrowns, I got fresh fruit that consisted of unripe honeydew melon & squishy grapes. I did tell the cashier about my food when I left since she asked how it was (something the waitress never bothered to do) & the only response I got was "Did you tell your server so we could fix it for you"? I told her no, I didn't have time to wait around for that. I didn't get so much as an "I'm sorry your food was sub-par" "I'll talk to the cooks" ... or even "I'm sorry this wasn't your best experience, but I hope you'll come back again & give us another chance". I won't be back again.
