Shari's

from beginning to end very, very slow----ignored. waited over one hour for food and only received food then because I went to counter to ask for service update.

We WERE satisfied - Highly Satisfied...I clicked the wrong buttons...You changed the format and I did not realize it until I started seeing these additional unsatisfied questions. We loved our experience...all was very good!

Both of us ordered coffee, but only I received a cup. My friend had asked for cream, but they didn't deliver it when the waitress finally brought his coffee cup. I ordered hot chocolate without whipped cream, but was it was delivered with whipped cream. I ordered a slice of pie to be delivered at the time my friend's meal was delivered, but we had to ask for it 5 minutes after his meal was delivered, and then only after flagging down one of the wait staff. My friend ordered pie for after his meal, but we had to ask for that a second time also. My friend ordered a T-bone steak, with fries, and ketchup for a sauce. He wasn't delivered his ketchup, but a second waitress brought two other sauces and he had to ask a second time for ketchup. His steak had a large ribbon of very gristly fat that really lowered the overall quality of the meal. We should have been comped the pie and drinks for such poor service, but we ended up paying full price. I"m a Shari's member and regularly eat at the Beaverton Murray Blvd. and Allen Blvd. restaurant. Very disappointed with this experience.

Our beverages were forgotten and ignored, my son had to remind the waitress several times to bring the coffee. The waitress had no idea about the diner menu side dishes, ignored my request for butter for the mashed potatoes. I ordered crusted prime rib rare and got blackened med. done meat. I took our son to Shari's for his birthday, he was very upset that the meal was not what we ordered. we are very unhappy about the whole thing.
