My sister and I have eaten at the Shari's in Boise and Meridian numerous times. Boise and Meridian seem to have issues more frequently, food isn't hot, having to ask for drink refills, just generally lackluster. Not bad, but not great. We dropped into the Nampa store on a whim (pie nite you know, and it just so happened we were in Nampa!). The Nampa Shari's knocked us off our collective shoes! The store was clean (We watched people clean tables, they got the edges!), and the staff was on it; snappy service, friendly, and hot food. We though it might have been a fluke but nope, when we went back they were great and the food was hot and quite tasty. We mostly went for the pie but now we will be going for the food as well! Please convey our compliments to the Nampa ID staff. They are great and we will be going there for pie night! My sister and I live in Boise less than a mile from the Franklin Road Shari's, so it is saying something to drive 15+ miles for dinner! Great job!!!

You can always expect the good quality & taste of the food from one visit to the next. The staff is friendly & attentive. There is a good variety fo things on the menu to choose from.

The young man that served us was very polite, had a great manner with people. He was informative also told us about free pie Wednesday! Which is an amazing idea. I will make sure I tell everyone about free pie Wednesday! Doesn't get any better then that!! Thank you
