Our server (Tina) was so pleasant, punctual, and attentive to us during this visit and at other visits in the past as well.

Melisa is an excellent server and all employees are friendly. A nice hometown style restaurant. It's all about the soup.

Although we only went for pie, our server (Travis) was cheerful in greeting us, and even though extremely busy, our order came out quickly. Shari's is the only place in town to get a good piece of pie, too.

The staff were kind and quick, they had a great sense of humor and were attentive even with the rush that came in.

I can't speak highly enough about the Nampa Shari's. Management and staff are among the finest I have observed in the food service industry. They care about their customers and endeavor to ensure all of their concerns are satisfied.

Melissa was wonderful. She was keeping an eye on my drink and filling it fast. She even sent us in a to-go cup. She was friendly and professional. We really enjoyed our server.
