Satisfied with our experience. We typically only give satisfied on surveys because there is always room for improvement. We will be back, we were pleased with greeting, service, cleanliness and food.

Everything was satisfactory, waitress was very nice foid was what i expected

Waitress was very pleasant, b ut somewhat over-attentive and food could have been hotter.

The banana cream pie had way too much whipped cream. After scraping off the whipped cream it was evident there was hardly any pie filling. Will end up throwing out the pie.

The service was quite slow. The soup was luke warm. The toast was slightly burnt.

My fish and chips were overcooked so that the edges of the fish were dry and tough. This is the first meal at Sharis that wasn't really good. My husband had the the country fried steak and was very satisfied with it. Everything else was excellent.

First of all, I needed to use the restroom and it was pathetic. There was a sign to hold the toilet handle down to flush the waste. I was greeted with leftover waste when actually entering the stall. The toilet was disgusting as well. Probably needed just bleach. Thos could easily be repaired. This set the tone for the meal. The chicken fried steak was basically a fried hamburger. Very unappetizing. The pancakes were fair and not very warm. Your soda prices are exorbitant. This meal was not worth $27.41. The hostess and waitress were nice and friendly and attentive. Wish you had more syrup choices than just maple.

The staff members are very friendly and professional. They made sure we had everything we needed the entire time we were there.

My husband ordered steak (New York) and eggs. His steak was mostly gristle and not hot. I had the Meat Lovers Frittata and it was not hot. The service was fine & we will return but not likely to order the same dishes.
