As a member of Shari's Cafe Club (#1001460789) my iphone showed a 20% off Breakfast offer. The actual discount turned out to be less than 10%. Looks like false advertising. Very disappointed!

Highly satisfied in a restaurant to me, needs to be something extra ordinary. When satisfied in all categories, to me, is a very good rating. I would have no complaints! I feel all these food surveys should back off and realize when a customer is "satisfied" with everything, that means he or she is happy!

Everything that had butter on it tasted like garlic butter. Toast is not good with jelly when the butter is garlicky. The French toast also tasted like garlic. Never happened in previous visits.

Only that it took to long to get the check so we could pay and leave and I asked for refill on my drink and only got it as we were ready to leave.

For me through my 70 years of living, it usually take something very exceptional for me to rate anything "highly"! I am always happy when I go anywhere to eat and I am "satisfied" with all that happens during the time I am there.

My husband ordered prime rib dip sandwich, and received a philly prime rib--he doesn't eat onions. I ordered salad dressing on the side, and salad arrived with dressing already on it. Coffee (decaf) was not hot. no one asked if we wanted pie. My dinner roll was cold and crushed.

Mushroom swiss burger could have more mushrooms. Overall it was pretty good though!
