It took way too long to be greeted and seated and it was that way for everyone who came in to eat. I sat next to the entry way and everyone that came in commented on how long it took to get seated. Also, your food has way too much salt in it. You could use half in your recipies and it would still contain too much salt.

Wait for order was longer than usual. Fries were barely warm next to the great burger.

The restaurant seemed to be busy, but there were only 2 waitresses , not enough of manpower.

Ordered a country fried steak, the meat was spoiled brought to attention of staff - manager took a reorder but somewhat disappointed in "oh well attitude" said she would check on it didn't hear anything else from anyone --- paid and left ... will go back as I know this can happen just didn't think customer service was up to Sharies standards.

Seated quickly but took 11 minutes for waiter to acknowledge us with a greeting and ask us what we wanted to drink. This was only after my husband got up to ask the cashier for our waiter. Restaurant was not packed or heavily busy to explain long delay. Nor did waiter apologize.

Our waitress was awesome but the shrimp alfredo was way to greasy!!! And no where on the menu does it say it has mushrooms. Would have been nice to know before ordering.

It was a very busy Sunday and our server was doing the best that she could, but she was very busy. My husband ordered the fish & chips and the tartar sauce was not on his plate. It took a while to flag our server down so she could get it from the kitchen. By the time it came, his food was cold.
