I took my 5 year old grandson to breakfast. When my food came, it was lukewarm. The cheese on top of my flavorless omelet was already hardening. My grandson did not receive his food. Then they brought a plate with one piece of bacon on it for him while he was waiting for his pancakes and bacon. Then we had to wait until the waitress came back around and we could ask for butter and syrup! We wanted to go to IHOP, but they were too busy. We should have waited!

1. Took way to long to get food. 2. my 11 year daughters meal was the jr mini burgers with tator tots. she ended up eating the burger without the bun because it was dried out and hard. The tator tots were oil soaked and had a bad flavor. She is not a picky eater and I tried one of her tots and she was correct. 3. I ordered a Sirloin dinner medium and mashed potatoes. The steak was the size of a hot dog a small one at that and it was cooked RARE. The mashed potatoes were the only good part of the dinner. 4. my soft drink was ordered as Pepsi and was initially brought as root beer. they fixed that but really the restaurant wasn't that busy to not get drink orders correct. 5. I was over charged... got charged for 2 soft drinks when my daughters was supposed to be included in her meal. 6. we had planned on getting a banana split, but after the disaster of our meals we changed our minds. 7. We left hungry and highly disappointed to pay $25.60 for what we got and half of it was left on the table because it was nasty. 8. Frankly, You would have to give us a free dinner for two to try a different location for me to ever think of visiting your business again.

The pot roast was room temp. The carrots were limp on outside with hard center core. The whole meal was tasteless. It was served in a bowl and even my 90 year old mom who appreciateciates everything refused to eat it and suggested we never come back The server was wonderful and when asked why we hadn't eaten it refunded that portion of our meal

We waited 20 minutes for our server to approach the table. My husband saw the hostess/manager shoo him over to take our order. When he approached he said, "I suppose you've had enough time to decide". We gave our order. 10 mins. later the salad appeared. 20 mins. later the room temp (supposed to be hot) food appeared. 15 minutes later he reappeared (not to see if we'd like a drink refill, that was not offered) but to ask if we had any complaints. I've never had a server ask if I've had complaints before......did he sense he was doing a lousy job? I asked, 'do you mean am I happy with my meal?' and he said, 'no, do you have any complaints?' I'm sure the look on my face belied my response of 'no'. Meal is finished and now we wait for him to return. My husband wants to give him a chance. 5 minutes later my husband agrees to go to the register to pay even though we don't have our check. Our server is at the register (so that's where he's been because he's not been on the floor). He says, 'oh, you' and asks us to wait as he staples prior receipts together. He tells us the price of our meal but we never saw the actual itemized check. He didn't deserve the measly 10% tip.

One of the silver settings had a fork with a tine that was bent 90 degrees out so it was not possible to eat with it. I asked 3 different staff members for help and was told they were not my server. The other problem was the toast with my order, it was NOT toasted, it was simply dried out.. All of this plus the rancid grease.

We eat there all the time and this was the worst service we have ever had. The excuse we kept hearing being told to other customers was that they were short handed. I used to be a waitress and I can tell you that they would have been fired if that was the excuse. From what we saw, there were at least 4 waitress and it wasn't like the place was packed meaning every table was full. Our waitress walked past our table with our food and tried to give it to another table. When they said it wasn't theirs, she took it back to the pickup window, figured out where it went then brought it to us. Really bad service and really bad cooks!!

When we arrived it took over 10 minutes for someone to offer us drinks. Then the coffee was cold and we each received one cup, no carafe. He said it was cooking. 15 minutes later server came to take our order. There were maybe 6 tables in the entire restaurant. She then cleaned 2 tables and did some other things before entering the order. 20 minutes later the cook came out and said they were out of the steak we ordered, then server came back a bit later and said they did have the steak. Later, we finally received our meal, my medium steak was like shoe leather well done. I was offered another, they brought it out. It was almost rare. We were only offered refills on water and coffee once the entire time we were there. SECOND TIME this has happened to us at this restaurant. Manager did comp my meal which was appreciated but it was almost 11PM (1 1/2 hours total) before we got out of there after all the hassle.

Our server brought out the shake with our salad, which I guess could be our problem for not specifying we just assumed she knew to bring it with our burger. I ordered a fruit cup for my son that was almost 3$ had a handful of grapes and two slices of honeydew that I myself had to remove the peel from. The server had I believe 3 tables and seemed to be frazzled and was behind on getting drinks, maybe just an off day for her last time we had her she was great. The fries where not cooked all the way for my meal and my burger was missing the onion rings because the cook was behind so I waited for those. I assume the server was just trying to be nice and get my food out fast. However I don't want half my food. We will never be returning to sharis again hopefully it was just an off day for you're staff and not a normal things for this place. Thank you for you're time. I would have brought this up to management however when we left the manager never asked how our expirence was so I just left after paying.

Waitress messed up on the refill of our drinks (received 2 diets instead of Dr Pepper and Pepsi) waitress was not talking directly to us but would ask if we needed stuff while cleaning up dishes in cleaning area. Husband omelette was 1/2 the size it normally is. We went to IHOP the next day received better service and more food for same price.
