Shari's

Good breakfast place

there was a waiter that took us over and he was very unfriendly and even angry. I was apologizing a lot for asking him for anything. He said "you've got to be kidding". My partner left before dessert came because he didn't want to see the waiter anymore.

We enjoy Shari's menu and the 2/$25 is a great bargain! Always look forward to our visits to Shari's both in Springfield, OR and Corvallis, OR

I had the salmon benedict, having been highly satisfied several times with their beef benedict. I thought the salmon tasted "fishy", a quality I do not normally attribute to salmon. Also, I like my food quite hot, and in this case, I couldn't eat it fast enough before it ended up quite cold. Not a big issue with me, but I'm unlikely to order it again.

I was very satisfied with my Shari's experience! This computer is just projecting on me.

I like your food

I have been eating at this Shari's for a few months now and I generally eat after 8pm. There is a feeling of complacency and of taking the customers for granted. On several occasions my food order has been mishandled due to the waitstaff not paying attention. The food is often cold from sitting on the order ready counter too long. This the only Shari's for miles so I am stuck with frequenting this location. If there were anther in the area I would frequent that one.

Lukewarm coffee served in mug (although additional served in pot was fine).

I had wanted an order of stuffed hash browns to go with my meal but found out I would have to order the french toast as a side. I would have ordered the hashbrowns as a side but this did not appear to be an option. I asked to not have powdered sugar on my French toast, and I mentioned it 3 times to the waitress but I knew she was not writing it down. The toast came with sugar on it and had to be sent back to the kitchen. Thus my meal came in 2 parts. The manager was great about fixing the problem, but the waitress never acknowledged it.

Great place to get comfort food with friends and family. Keep up the good work!
