Shari's

We were made to wait a little longer, we thought the staff had forgotten us; perhaps, we were just too hungry to add to our perception that we waited longer than our usual visits (there were four of us) , otherwise, the services, the atmosphere, and the food were excellent, as it always has been. This concern does not diminish our family's impression and satisfaction over Shari's overall service performance. Thanks, we look forward to our next visit I the very near future.

I got a fritatta. It was expensive, small, and there was nothing on the side but two very small slices of a roll. There really should have been something else.

It was overall a good experience- just because I didn't select "Highly Satisfied" does not mean it wasn't good. Everything was as expected, which is good. I think I would select Highly Satisfied if there was something unexpected, but positive, that happened. For example, super fast food delivery.

The apples that were supposed to come with my ham and potato pancakes did not arrive with my meal and I didn't see the waiter to tell him until I was more than halfway through my meal

usually sharis is sooooo slow to get your food, this time they were right on, we usually don't go to sharis if anyone is in a hurry but I see if this continues we will eat there more often

My friend LOVES Shari's cinnabon; other places we have visited in Oregon ...like Wilsonville and Lebanon ( favorite one...TOPS ! )..the cinnabon is a melt in your mouth experience. Today is still tasted good but was hard, like either warmed up too long in micro or old. We mentioned to waitress, her comment was " couldnt be that bad it look as if you are eating it. We told her, since we are paying, no reason to waste it. We didnt say it tasted bad , we said it was hard, unlike the one we have week after week in Lebanon, OR. Her rebuttal.." Oh, probably because this is a day old bun, the baked them yesterday> " and walked away. ( Suggestion...never have a server admit the food is a day old !! ). I had fries with my steak, the NY expensive steak. Fries were cold & limp. By now I didnt complaint... what the use ! In overall my food was cold. The only item which was hot and to my friends satisfaction was the split pea soup. Excellent she said.

Prime rib on Fridays is excellent.

First, I was visiting the area and will not be back to the area. So, I will not likely come back to this Sharis. I will however come to other Sharis. Second, I like my steak slightly red in the middle and the steak I eat was fully cooked. I was not given the option of rare or medium rare. The potato was cold and had been sitting a long time. The type of food, however, was exactly what I wanted at the time.

The restaurant was busy and it was difficult to get a refill of water.

They did a complete make over and it really looks good. The problem I have is my bacon is not crispy enough. I think next time I will send back my bacon. I even ask that my bacon be really crisp. That is the only problem I have with Shari's
