I am content. To be "Highly Satisfied" is a game, and I choose not to play. Regarding referring others to a store, I do not do that. Ever. It is not a reflection upon the food, the store, or the staff.

I liked our service and staff was extremely kind. They switched our orders but overall it was a very, very, good service i'm defiantly coming back soon.

I was not highly satisfied, but I was most definitely satisfied with my experience. The service was great, the food tasted fine, and the overall experience was nice.

The last couple of times I have visited a Shari's I have not been greeted at the door. The first time took so long to be seated that we left and didn't choose to eat at that Shari's. I noticed the same thing happened last night at this Shari's. I was talked to after people who arrived after me were spoken to. I was seated first though I think that is because I was only 1 person and they had a table for me. My water glass was not filled regularly, the salad didn't come with dressing the waitress had to go back and get the dressing. I thought the waitresses were working hard but that things were not being administered efficiently. I heard the cook complaining about getting to many tickets at once while I was eating. The manager told the people in front of me they couldn't sit in the booth they preferred and then when I payed for my meal he noticed I had a free piece of pie coming for my birthday but he said he wouldn't bother to give that to me since I was in on a Wednesday night and had already had a free piece of pie with my meal. How could I argue?

We waited longer to order than I would have liked.

They forgot to bring my pie, leaving it in the microwave for about five minutes. She was very friendly about it though

It would be nice if you could be considerate of your vegan diners and not overcharge for things they do not receive. I requested hash browns with vegetables - citing the veggies from the veggie omelet as an example of the kinds of the veggies I wanted. The server charged me for the veggie omelet breakfast even though I received no eggs, no cheese and no toast. Way overpriced for a plate of potatoes with a few veggies and avocado slices.
