Shari's

My burger was a little charred. However I did not specify that i wanted it medium rare.

Fast food resturant food ok but not great. Good attentive service.

There were no cinnamon rolls available today.

The women's bathroom was dirty. We mentioned it to the manager and he had it cleaned immediately.

The notion of "Highly Satisfied" in the context of a restaurant is just plain silly. I got the thing I ordered at the agreed on price. If I was not satisfied, I would have gone somewhere else.

Our server, Jose, was extremely friendly, attentive and just an all around pleasure. He made our dining experience very enjoyable. We look forward to visiting this Shari's again and having Jose as our server. He is definitely an asset.

It only seemed like mostly older people went there we would like to see more age difference

Nobody greeted us and asked to take our name down. Once we were finally seated it took forever for our orders to be taken. Once they were I received my order wrong. It took a long time to wait and get our check. Then there was a long line to process the check.

I thought my cheese sandwich was a bit on the small side. The service thought was EXCELLENT!! Our waiter Josh (think that was the name on our check) was GREAT!

We've always given our order shortly after laying down our menus. This time it was 22 minutes before our waitress decided to make an apperance. And that really isn't the true time as I didn't start timing right away, thinking she would be there shortly. Guess I thought wrong.
