Awww, I ordered a piece of berry pie at the same time we ordered our food and she brought the pie without asking if I'd like it warmed and with ice cream on it. I was let down but just let it go.

Tried to order featured special Rib Duo. Out of baked beans. Was offerred cup of soup instead. Out of soup. Companion ordered senior dinner and selected salad as one of the side dishes. Salad was not delivered until after main course. Taste of food received was good. Is restaurant in Corvallis Or closing?

Service was terrible. Server was borderline rude. Had no attention span... asked me if I wanted a refill then never brought it (remembered as we were checking out). Only 2 servers on duty for whole restaurant. Not enough.

The food was good. The waitress was good. A manager should put a sign on the door saying slow wait times rather than locking customers both in and out of restaurant! Door was locked for about 15 minutes until he felt they were caught up.

No coffee refills. Waited incredibly long for condiments Never did receive the steak knife Had to ask for dilverware

our server,Lily, checked with us only twice in an hour. One soup was hardly warm, and took more than 10 minutes to be returned to my wife after being microwaved because it was served cool. It took more than fifteen minutes for both soups to be served after our orders were taken, and the restaurant had only a few patrons. Maybe not enough help? WE had not patronized Shari's in a long time because of food being served less than hot. It was mainly because of the fine waitstaff in Ray, Sarah and Nick(past visits) hat we decided to return.

Ordered Breakfast Sampler with French Toast. Received meal after a half hour possibly. Small portion size of eggs especially when compared to same order of friend. Sausage was cold in the inner part. French toast was not fully cooked, still mushy in the center.

server aloof- and no other worker seemed to pay attention to us or other customers we noticed were waiting forever also. I would say he had a foggy brain which should have been recognised by a manager who walked straight through to an office and never even looked around at any thing.

Ordered breakfast and in my food under the bacon found long black hair in my food. Brought to the attention to the server and he informed the chef to be more careful when cooking. The server took plate and hair with him. Was not compensated or offered other food for the mistake. Not the server problem but his manager probably was not notified or he should have made contact with me. I am a long time Shari's customer and very unhappy!

It took 40 minutes to get our full order from the time we placed it even though it wasn't busy. The waiter came back after 20 minutes to tell us they were out of turkey for my wife's turkey sandwich. He did say they only had one young cook and apologized for the wait. My sandwich was on the counter getting cold while they cooked a hamburger for my wife instead of what she originally ordered, but eventually brought mine out first. It may have been just because it was the night after the holiday, but the dinner experience was not as good as breakfast or lunch. The staff for dinner seem to be the third string performers.
