The staff were friendly enough but the food was horrible. I ordered the prime rib, which turned out to be way too salty and over done. The rub you use overpowered the whole entire meal. Even 2 hours after the meal, all I can taste is salt and I feel fairly nauseated. Also, the mashed potatoes were good but it would have been nice to have a non-carb vegetable option to the greasy onion rings.

Me and all my friends ordered Pie Shakes and we all had huge Chuncks in our shakes. I had hope peanuts in my shake and it was kinda gross.

The ham dinner was a very poor cut of ham. There was more fat and gristle than there was meat.

I sent my pot of coffee back because the temperature was very cool. Then I was charged for 2 pots of coffee which I didn’t notice until after I paid my bill. I asked the cashier to put my bill on my rewards but he ignored me and proceeded with charging my credit card...then it was too late

We are regulars at the Corvallis Sharis, we know that it is a hit or miss proposition when we choose to have dinner there. This time was definitely a miss! We ordered the 2 for $20 cafe club meal, while waiting I watched our appetizer being placed under the warming lights, after watching it just sit there for about 3 minutes I set my stop watch on my phone, a few minutes later I observed our dinners being set under the warming lights, our server then spotted them and rushed to bring our salads leaving us to eat them he went to get our drinks that he had forgotten, after we received our drinks, he returned with our food that had been sitting in the wind for 8.5 minutes according to my stop watch. I mentioned to the manager that it had been in the window for a significant amount of time and he assured me it was plenty hot. It wasn't. Having apps, salad and main course served I basically all at once was s bit overwhelming.

I requested water; received a small glass; requested a large glass. The waiter did not bring it. I had to have someone else bring it. He never actually brought us our drinks when we first requested them. The dish was bland and warm - not hot. Not sure if the person was new or not but I was not satisfied with the service we received. If I went back I would request another waiter.

waiter, Austin 352020 was overly occupied with the table next to us and dismissed our question of the problem with our bacon tasting spoiled that he was sorry. When we mentioned it to the cashier, finally, after not eating that portion of the meal, she offered to mention it to the manager that might result in adjustment to our bill. By then, we needed to be going home after a long trip and felt it was not worth waiting any longer to correct our situation.

All of the employees seem like they really do not want to be there. I would not want to work there under that environment. We ate there last as well. Same conditions as last. BAD. Maybe the under staffing is the problem. Where did all of the past staff go? They were great! A totally positive atmosphere then. We need to look for another place.

I ordered the lubch trio which has 3 different selections. I had a whole sandwhich, salad, slice of pie suppose to be 11.98. I was chared the 11.98 plus slice of pie for 3.69. I should have not been charged for the slice of pie that comes free with the lunch trio. I explained this to the guy cashing me out. I was still charged for the slice of free pie that came with the lunch trio? Total payment was 15.17?

Ordered the lunch special...1/2 sandwich, salad, pie. Ordered ceasor salad. It was so brown and wilted...disgusting. My niece and I both ordered. We were very hungry and on our way to an event or I would have asked to have replaced. I mentioned when I paid bill, no discount or real apology. Was told romaine lettuce is not in season. That's B.S. as I purchase romaine, yes it gets brown quickly, but then you shouldn't serve.
