It seemed fairly slow but we were told they only had one cook working on a Saturday night. It took nearly 45 minutes to get our order (2 burgers) so I asked for mine to-go and left. I ordered a milk shake and it was brought just before I left but wasn't made correctly so I left it. Our server only checked on us once and gave us no update as to how long it would be for food. Our table, silverware and water cups were dirty. Overall not a great experience but the stores new updates did look nice, including the furniture and bathrooms. I will not be returning soon.

The server was the absolutely worst waitress I have experienced in ages, we were treated unkindly from the very beginning before we even ordered, she bit our heads off by misunderstanding a simple question that hours later, I still have no idea how she could of misunderstood, we almost left immediately.... she didn't make up for it like we hoped and we did not tip her. She was very unkind and gruff for the rest of our meal. When we told her we wanted pie she crumpled up the bill like she was upset at us ( FIRST Shari's sever ever to NOT ask if we wanted pie) The man who took our bill up front was wonderful up at the and the food was delicious. Thank you

This was our favorite Sharis. Service & food were very good so we took our friends. A different manager that day. Waitress did not check to see if we were ready to order. Folks who came in after us ordered first. Took a long time to order coffee. One cup had lipstick on 1/3 of the rim. We took it to the girl at the counter. She said, Yes, it is dirty. She put it on the counter and it was still there when we left. We talked to someone else about getting service. She did come and said she thought we had already ordered as she couldn't see the menus. We said we were in a hurry. She said Sunday's are busy and you shld know it takes much longer. Hot turkey sandwich was overdone, had beef gravy, and was only warm. Cuban sandwich was burnt on one side and dry. Salad had large lettuce core in it. Salad dressing was running down the outside of the pitcher. When we paid, we mentioned the lipstick on the cup and she said sometimes it is hard to remove Mary Kay brand. Manger never talked to us.

Ever since the restaurant was remodeled, the menu has changed, not for the better. The food is not as good as it was at one time. I don't think I will be back for a while Al

Complained about the hard, unripe avocados and received no discount, not even a cup of coffee, the waitress was kind of flipped about it. She made several jokes about the bad food and her poor service which made us uncomfortable. The bacon was literally dripping in grease, as were the under cooked hasbrowns. We have eaten here every Friday morning for 6 weeks, before that it was a couple Tuesdays in a row, so we have eaten here every week for two months. We have had better meals here but none worse! We had to beg for water refills because they gave us tiny glasses. We had to get our own Togo boxes so not only was the food not great the service was pretty bad.

Via email, Sharis offered a$5 reduction for purchase of a turkey-based entree if used in a range of dates. Today (Oct. 8) I ordered a turkey burger. At time of payment I provided my Sharis card, along with a credit card. No $5 reduction was identified with my recept. I questioned the problem, and the team member printed out a statement indicating "Cafe Club unregistered", so she said there was nothing she could do about it. (This is the second time in about thre weeks that I have similarly been rejected). lWhen I call up the Sharis app on my pad, it says there is $5 deposited in my account for this offer. Perhaps also relevant: My Sharis account identifies me as # 1024498402. My receipt today identifies me with card# ******559330****.

I ordered my food to go, and when I got home the hash-browns were under-cooked. Otherwise it was great. I was just bummed as I was SO looking forward to perfect hash-browns as usual... I caught ya on a bad day. Thank you

My visit was fine until the end where when we asked for a box for our food (mind you it was not very busy) it took us 15 minutes to get a box and Sarah (our server) didn't even get it! we had to ask another server and it took another good chunk of time. We were not checked on the entire visit there while we were eating and it was just not very good customer service.

Already told you. Plus the bottles need to be wiped down around the lids. The Tabasco sauce was crusty and I left the lid on so she would see. She picked up the lid and screwed it on.
