One steak ordered medium well, received rare other order completely wrong server may be new or needs much help

The food was perfect! It was free pie Wednesday, and when my husband asked if he could try the pie / milkshake, our waiter started yelling at him that he couldn't have that. If he wanted that he would have to pay $6.00. That would have been fine, we would have paid for it. But the waiter was yelling at him and making a big scene. People were looking at us, my husband was very embarrassed. He wanted the check and to get out of there as fast as we could. He said he felt like he was being scalded like a child. We don't go out to dinner very often, so its a special treat for us. It was sad, the food was really good. I didn't get the waiters name. My husband said he doesn't want to go back for that sake of getting that waiter again. We should have asked for the manager.

Starter took 15 minutes to appear. T bone steak- asked for medium - arrived overcooked and grey looking. It could not be cut! Server had to be called over to correct. They redid the meal. Next steak was raw on edges and overcooked in the middle-how do you do that? ...probably a microwave? Server was joking about the meal being "better" as a relative term. No one checked in quickly to see if things were better. salmon skillet+poached eggs - potatoes varied from raw to overcooked - eggs were still clear - my daughter has an eating disorder(she had the steak) I didn't dare send mine back too - so I ate it & spent all night worrying about salmonella... Ultimately we didn't pay for the steak dinner. Appalling.

When we arrived there was not really any line to be seated, the waitress "SerrinaT" greeted us and when I requested a booth she stated that they only seat the big booths with 5 or more, and the other section of empty booths were closed down. I told her we would wait, and luckily the manager seated us in a big booth anyway... which made it better. SerrinaT did not check back on how the food tasted after delivering it, and did not check back even a single time to offer refills... I had to make my brother get up and go ask her. When it came time to get togo boxes and get our check, i had the plates stacked up and obvious we were done, and after waiting 10+ minutes I again had to make my brother go ask her for to go boxes and the check. The check was never delivered, we got impatient and went to the front without a check. I was a server in the past, I know how it can be when you get busy, but she was STEADY not BUSY and certainly not "slammed" enough to warrant this level of disregard for her customers. The ONLY good thing other than the food (which I love) I have to say about this encounter is the manager was pleasant and willing to seat us in the larger booth. 15+ year customer.

I ordered a Mushroom burger they asked how I wanted it cooked I told her MR it was well down(Burnt) and so was the bun(It was crunchy) and my wife's salad came with chicken and it was gristly and fatty not much chicken. I never bothered to tell them because we didn't have time to have them re do our order and take a chance that it comes to us the same way.

It was busy and we were told 10 mins. it was 1 hour. My daughter and I had the T bone dry.the mashed potatoes were cold,they made them out of the bkd potatoes. So no baked potatoes at all. my husband ordered the turkey dinner and the turkey looked like the outside of a muffin wrapper the stuffing was terrible,no veg. no butter. The waiter told us he could bring out 3 dinners or put ours under the light because the cook had just put the burgers on. Also an employee had a lot of words with the manager, yelling at him,in front of the other people and where the pies are stored. The worst meals ever.

It seemed there were only two staff members for the front of house and the poor server was being run ragged. The restaurant didn't appear to be too busy but there were lots of small things holding up service (one example being another staff member that didn't know how to ring up a gift card so that pulled attention away from service for the rest of us). We were there for almost two hours from first sitting down to leaving, which just boggles my mind. Drink orders were quick at first (not refills) but it took a long time before our food order was taken. We saw a manager pop our twice for a combined total of about two minutes, which is why we are really upset; if your front of house staff is suffering/lagging, why are you not helping them? Food was decent even though I was brought an extra soup on accident and the clam chowder had a dollop of butter in it. I also dont think we got enough sides since it was supposed to be two sides per order with the promotion and we only got one, but I was just thankful to finally be eating over an hour after we sat down. Burgers and fries...and it took an hour. It will be a long time before we forget this.

We ordered a ham and eggs meal with stuffed hash browns. We were brought a side of ham and a side of eggs with no hash browns. We asked for the hash browns and were told they would be right out. The rest of the food got cold before the hash browns got there. After the meal, we asked for a box and ended up leaving, after a long wait, before the waitress returned with the box. The restaurant was not overly busy. We were also charged with three different sides rather than with a meal. I have ordered this at the same restaurant several times and was charged as a meal. When I expressed my concerns with a team member at the checkout, nothing was done to help resolve the issue. The team member responded with, "Oh, Sorry." rather than offering to make the problem right. I ended up leaving without eating the cold food and will not be returning anytime soon.

I'm a vegetarian and I was served shrimp with my fries.Had a garden burger that was microwaved and still cold and mushy.

First of all we say at our table waiting to order for at least 20 minutes while our server Haley waited at the front to help all of the other customers pay their bills. Then our food sat on the counter for 10 minutes while Haley remained at the counter once again and the manager decided to seat everyone else instead of either helping Haley out and getting our food or taking over the counterand our food sat there getting cold. Then our French fries were delivered to a table that hadn't ordered any fries and we had to ask to get another order which never came. We also never got a bill and had to go to the counter with another server to get our bill and have the fries taken off. We received no type of compensation or apology for the forgotten food or slow service while another family who never got French fries that same night were given free pie.
