I was recovering from surgery, and server made a comment to my husband when he asked to be seated in an empty booth so he could see the bathrooms to watch for me. Our food sat up on the ready area for some time and got cold. we ordered our bacon Soft cooked, and it was crispy. People that were seated after us were served first. another Server told our server 3 times that we were ready to order, I know this because I heard her. point is there has to be a balance of decorum when serving people.

It took over 15 minutes to receive the check. We finished and there was a 15 minute period when no one checked in with us or got us the check after we told them we were done eating.

We gave always loved Sharis for many years. We were taken back by the lack of service that we usually receive. It took quite a while for our waiter to come to take our order. He appeared as if he worked at Oil Can Henry and had no upper teeth (which is not horrible but when serving in a restaurant a smile with teeth is more refreshing. He took our order but failed to bring our soup. the cook actually brought our order and we mentioned that soup was usually served before the meal. He said that soup was not on the order, but soup or salad comes with fish and chips. He did bring the soup. Our fish and chips was totally over-cooked and the french fries were too crisp and dark brown. My husband and I rarely eat out but if we do we like Sharies. We are seniors and like the menu choices of your restaurant. We are sorry to complain.

The Menu is Small for selection. The Night Staff was Terrible, Slow, poor customer service for just Pie and Coffee. My Wait Person was very good, apologized for how long I waited to be seated. The Resturante was not busy @ 6:00PM. I was meeting people @ 7:00PM for a work session. When they arrived it took forever for Coffee and Pie ordered, and a Milk Shake that was made wrong. Not by our Wait Person Haley #338467. I moved to another table, after my meal. My meal for the Price was very disappointing. The Remodel......not impressed. I will not go back to this Shari's

My Wife being ill. I decided to have take-out for her. Ordered two senior dinners. It was so bad, I wouldn't serve it to animals.

The place was not busy and I could see 4 workers all in the corner talking. Our waitress helped the two tables that were seated after us. 15 minutes after we had chosen our food, another server came over and was agitated by how "bored" we looked. He made excuses for our waitress that she "just clocked on" and "this isn't even my section but I'll take your order". Never apologizing for the terrible service or thank us for being patient. We saw our waitress for the first time with our food. After our meals were pretty much finished she came back with water saying she was busy with something else. By this time the two tables that had been seated after us, had already left. We waited for 15 minutes before walking up to the register. I said "we never got our check." The manager asked the waitress what table we were at. She looked around before asking us what table we were at. I would have said something right then but I didn't want to embarrass my boyfriend and I was so angry I just wanted to leave. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I want our money back because I don't think I should have to pay to be treated like I don't exist.

I have always enjoyed other Sharis. The food was cold, service was super slow, one meal had to be sent back because the burger was undercooked. I actually walked up to the counter at one point and was ignored by two separate people…including the host. Also, our question about the contents of a product was never answered.

Jackie our waitress was extremely slow and we had to ask for water . Waited almost 30 minutes to place our order. She was extremely rude and acted put out by our presence. She served our food and never checked on us. Bathroom had no paper towels, brought it to their attention and when we left they still never added any paper towels!!!

When I told the waitress a bout the problem she said she was sorry and that I could write the survey to air my dissatisfaction. "It is not any good to tell the manager, he can't do anythig about it". No other compensation was given.
