10 empty tables, 5 sets of customers waiting. 4 people who sat down after us received their food the same time if not sooner. Our food was easy breakfast foods?! It was barley warm after waiting for 30 minutes. The place was not very busy and we saw a few people walk out.

Took too long to get the food! I asked the server to put it all on one plate except the gravy! It all came on separate plates. First she brought brown gravy, then turkey gravy, then I had to ask her for country gravy for my BREAKFAST meal! I was so hungry I ate it all cold!

Hostess sat us down took long time to place order, gave us dirty utensils, dirty water glass (took pictures) , took FOrever to get food and mine was cold/warm when received it,Husband went to eat toast turned over bread and appeared to have a bug on it ( took pictures), when he said to our waitress who was also hosted sing " when I turned over my toast I found what appears to maybe be an ant" she replied after looking " well I can definitely tell you it's not an ant" . We proceeded to check out at register my husband did tell someone who appeared to be a manager(?) about the ant and the waitress response AND she did offer to pay for our lunch which my husband declined. I had her use my Sharis Club info and she was going to keep receipt BUT we asked for it back so I could do survey . We a were in on 6/9/16 for exact same meal which was great that survey code is somewhat faded but it looks like 101620092121(2756?) that would have been highly satisfied BUT the visit today was just the opposite with DIRTY utensils, glassware, bugs and poor overall. Also noteworthy is that I personally have never before had a problem which is why I joined the Sharis Club

My servers name was Tabby. She was beyond HORRIBLE! Not only did she not introduce herself when she finally got around to coming to our table after ten minutes, but she abruptly walked up and asked if we were ready to order! She hadnt even asked about drinks yet. When we stated that we needed a few more minutes to look over the menu (one member of our party had to change his diet for health reasons and we were going over menu items that he could eat) But I had to call after her just to get something to drink! Her response when I called her was " sure" she didnt ask anyone else if they wanted a drink and when she brought my hot coffee back, she slammed it on the table almost spilling it on my hand! No one else at my table got a thing to drink! She gave us the wrong food, and tried to blame the kitchen staff as well. And when we were leaving and asked for the reciept so I could do this survey, she had thrown it away and complained because I asked her to get it back out of the trash. Its rude to throw away a receipt without offering it to the customer first. I am a Server and have been for years. She needs to be replaced as she is very bad! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING AT ALL!

I was waiting for my check after finishing my meal. I also needed to use the restroom. I have ulcerative colitis so at times when I need to use the restroom its quite . I waited about 3-4 minutes to receive my check, but the waitress never came by. I used the restroom, and upon leaving the restroom, I noticed my table was clear. There was a friendly gentleman who cashiered me out. However, in the background, I heard 2 waitresses talking, "did that table pay?" "I don't know, I think he just left". Then they saw me and handed me my check as I was already paying. I have been a regular customer here since I moved to Corvallis 3 years ago, and will not be coming back due to accusations of me not paying. Good day.

Friday. Prime Rib Special. 7:30pm. Out of Prime Rib?? Really? If it's Friday and this special is a hit, have enough on hand. Served from 4:00pm until 10:00pm. It's 7:30pm and the restaurant is out? Not acceptable. Made a special trip for this special from Albany, Oregon to enjoy the evening. Not so much.

I ordered 2 breakfast ( cheesy stuffed hash brown, chicken fried steak, eggs and whole wheat toast 1 w/butter 1 w/o). I only received 1 meal, had to go find the server to ask where my other meal was. Got back to my table to find there was no gravy on the steak and the hash browns were so over cooked they were hard and the portion of the hash browns was way under served. ( I have eaten there many times and know what the standard portion is ). The server never offered to take back the meal to keep it warm or have it redone so my meal was cold. She did bring me a small portion of hash browns that were eatable. The cook appeared to have a attitude about fixing my order.

The waitress was rude and unprofessional. All our salads had visible rotten pieces. It was actually slimy! My past was a mushy clump! I am not typically a complainer but this was pure neglect! When I pointed it out to the waitress she just shrugged it off. Did not offer any type of solution or apologies! I did not even eat my food because it was so bad and no one ate there salad. We did end up paying for it because we didn't want the embarrassment or confrontation. I have never sent any food back to the kitchen but this was the worst I have ever experienced at any restaurant hands down!

Paid bill with C/c, but told it did not go through. I questioned lady at register as I knew that card was valid. She asked for another c/c which I gave her. Was charged twice when I looked online. Called restaurant and she said to come in and they would look at receipt. I live over an hour from facility. She said manager would call next day. No call and still I am overcharged by $32.00. Have documentation upon request.
