Good Service Nice Waitress

The server Angie was spot on and managment Natasha and Jason were great conversationalist the cook Harley was fast and efficient food was great

The waitress was very friendly and helpful. They made something that was not on the menu for us and it was very tastee. We had plenty of room and we're not rushed. My husband and I will definitely come back.

First off, when i walked in the waitress "Lettie", made eye contact gave me a warm smile and welcomed me. She was moving a ladder that the manager had used to hang Christmas decorations. While it was busy, and she had a lot of people to wait on, she never neglected me. I had questions about the menu as I am from Los Angeles and she was very helpful. She took my order efficiently even though I was probably a bit more high maintenance than most of her customers. My food came out quickly. All the while she was kind, warm, fun, and yet extremely professional. I dine out a lot, often in five star restaurants as I work in film and television. I was extremely surprised at how good an experience I could have at a Shari's restaurant in Idaho. Pleasantly surprised. Lettie is an awesome server. I'll go back and ask to sit in her section soon.

My server, Frankie Matthew's, has always been a.wonderful person and I look forward to seeing her each time I come in. Frankie is very friendly and helpful and professional. I have never had problems when Frankie has been my server. Please give her a raise as she is well worth it!

Cheri is an excellent server and keeps us coming back! I swear she knows every customer!

The server was training someone. She spoke kindly to them while being instructional. I appreciated that. In addition, she is always kind to me when I go, and fun to be around. My food was tasty and hit the spot after work.
