Anytime I come to Sharis and Jack is working I always have a great experience. He is very knowledgeable about the food and is very attentive. Even if it is busy he is very welcoming and friendly. He also takes the time to know his regulars and know what they like to order

service was excellent, Crystal was quick and efficient, new what i wanted when i came in as i am a regular, and got it to me before i had to ask. she was very professional despite being very busy.

The service was good for a new waitress that was being trained. She made a mistake on the item that I ordered. The new waitress was very kind and friendly and admitted to her mistake and make things right. The staff at this location always treats me with respect and great service. The manager at this location is a great manager and runs the restaurant in a very professional manner.

The 'Burley Boys' (Class of 1954) meet at Shari's every Wednesday morning. The waitresses are very friendly (especially Cheri & Angie) and we are always anxious to see and visit with them. The service is always superb. They preheat our coffee cups and pour our initial cup with grace and precision. When we leave Shari's we always like to give our favorite waitresses a hug and and wish them well until our next meeting. We always have a 'lively' discussion and look forward to our next weekly 'coffee break'.

Our server Lettie was amazing so nice and answered all of our dumb questions we had! Everything came out correct and it was so delicious I would love to sit in letties section again :)

It's a normal weekly place we go to close to home. The staff are friendly and know us by name. Annie is a great server, we enjoyed her service at her last restaurant too. Glad she's now a member of the Shari's team.
