Jaynella was amazing. Very friendly, made us feel welcome, and was very attentive checking on us to make sure everything was fine. We will be back again because of her.

Jaynella is amazing she is always so friendly everytime i come in and she is just on top of things and makes sure there is fresh ice tea when i come in which she is honestly one of the main reasons I always come back.

Server listened to our special needs and did her best to accommodate. Overall, food was warm and delicious. Hash browns on one order we're undercooked, but this was corrected. It was a pleasant family breakfast for a good price.

Awesome morning staff - always clean - my cinnamon roll I purchased with my pie was very stale even after I nuked it, disappointing.

our server Alec was very pleasant and attentive. He deserves some kind of special recognition. I wish all servers were as helpful as he was!! And the steak that I ordered was seasoned and cooked to perfection! The vegetables were also delicious. I don't know who cooked my meal, but I must say that it was the best that I have had in any restaurant in a long time!! Our dining experience at this Shari's was superb!! Way to go!

24 hours, that is a plus for when I am out an about. I find it interesting to enjoy your stuffed hashbrowns for an extra $1.00. Thank you for the unlimited coffee refills.
