I've been a customer for about six months and I like the homelyness and the friendly atmosphere.

One of few coffee shop style restaurants in the area. Nice atmosphere, comfortable, great service, very good food except our medium prime rib was definitely cooked well, which made it tough and dry, but eatable. FREE PIE NIGHT WAS AN AWESOME SURPRISE! Looking forward to date night with half bottle of wine. Great place! So glad we found it.

The waitresses are really friendly.

Chrissy from the Boise location on Franklin was especially great. She went out of her way to make our Shari's experience the best!

I typically come in later at night when the staff is a little smaller than it is earlier in the day. I'm always given friendly, prompt service even when the restaurant is busy. My food is always hot and ready reasonably fast. I am impressed with the consistently good experience I have about once a week at Sharis.
