The wait staff is wonderful and the food is delicious.

Good food but slow service

I was satisfied with my service, and i enjoyed the whole feel of the place. The people working were extremely nice and the food was awesome! Cherise and the new manager were awesome and treated me like i was part of their team. :) will definitely reccomend to others.

I had previously got a Sharis Cafe Club Card and had given the restaurant my information. They told me it would be registered but they didn't have my phone number. It was a different Sharis Cafe. I got the new card, she should have scanned it to ad to my points but did not. I figured that out after leaving the restaurant.

How would you feel if someone were vacuuming your dining room at home while you were trying to eat dinner? You wouldn't like it, would you? Well, then, now you know how I feel. One of the staff members was vacuuming right next to my table, and when I look over at her, she smiled and said, "Sorry, I'm almost done," and then vacuumed for five more minutes. The thing is, the restaurant was almost empty at the time. The "rush" time was over, and there were very few of us in the place. So why did the management require her to vacuum right at that time, and within five to eight feet of where I was trying to have my meal? That's just silly. And irritating. And unnecessary. I hope you will keep that in mind. Otherwise, the visit was fine. The food was excellent and the service was great. Thank you.

I was satisfied.

When the food was delivered, it was warm not hot. It took the waitress a long time to bring the bill. The waitress did not make any recommendations or ask if I had any questions about the menu.

My order was handed off several times during my visit.But I was left unattended for 15 minutes between finishing meal & check arrival & my request for a piece of pie. The strawberry / rhubarb slice was not as good as other stores.

Everything was fine except I didn’t like crust on quiche.
