The service was pretty speedy and friendly. They messed up my eggs but I only like them one way. My boyfriend was kind enough to eat what I ordered and got me a side of eggs. I didn’t want to complain, accidents happen, but I wish it hadn’t happened at all. Usually we have a great experience and this doesn’t change my opinion of the place.

The gravy over the chicken fried steak was thick and sparse.

The only reason I'm filling out this survey is to mention that our server was excellent. I don't remember his name but he was fast and accurate and helpful. Please let him know that he did a great job.

My pie was smashed in the box. I think it took to long to pick up a pie at the door. I think the pies are a little over priced.

One dish was lukewarm (Mexi-skillet); the eggs on one Meat-Lover's skillet had undercooked egg whites; English muffin was almost burned.

Too long to get refill and fruit request didn’t come out until after I was finished. Honey Dew Mellon was hard as a rock.

I had a prime rib sandwich, on a small roll with nothing but roll and prime rib for approx.8 something not much for the price and pretty bland to say the least would not order it again. In the past ordered it Philly style which is ok but just plain should be banned from your establishment forever. We (my wife) usually use her Sharis card but we frequent Sharis a min. of twice a week. We usually are quite satisfied.

I ordered the fruit bowl. The honey dew melon was over ripe to a point where it was not edible. The cantaloupe was under ripe and crunchy. The pineapple was not fresh and there were too many orange sections. Not worth paying $3.99 and I will never order again.

Did not have Coconut Cream pie available

I go to Sharis sometimes to work and use the internet connection. This time, the internet was working very poorly and I wasn't able to complete my work because of it. I'm not sure if it was because of where I was sitting as it was on the opposite side of the dining room I usually sit and work, or if it was just a bad internet connection that day. Either way, I usually only come to Sharis because it is open late and has internet and there aren't many other places that fit that bill.
