Shari's

My strawberry crepes were more strawberry pancakes (ie the thickness of the crepes). They tasted good but because of the thickness they over powered the filling. I was happy and even ate my leftovers the next day, just seemed like possibly an inexperienced cook. Our server didn't know if we could get the Fish & Chips - we were there in the morning - but she checked for us and we could. We had found the Fish & Chips via a visit to a Seattle Shari's where they were placed more visibly in the menu. Drove all the way to Seattle just to go to Shari's is what we were saying to ourselves but finding they served Fish & Chips was the reason we went again to our local Shari's just two weeks later. And we really like that the new coupons can be used any day of the week.

Food overpriced and too spicy. No senior discount

Everything was fine and just as I expected. Comparable to other restaurants that I eat at.

Presentation of an omlette and two pancakes was bland on a white plate . .spark it up with an orange slice or piece of watermelon on a red or blue plate would have been better. Krusteaz pancake mix is better tasting than what was used.

The manager had a bad attitude and it was very obviously making other staff members nervous. And the hashbrowns tasted rehydrayted.

Quite a long wait to get food considering they were not busy. very few customers in the restaurant.

The temp of the food was inconsistent. Warm in places and hot in others, just seemed strange like it had been microwaved.

Food wasn't hot. Warm and edible but not hot. Very small portion

We visit this Shari's location as frequently as we can because we love Sheri our waitress. She is personable and we can tell she loves her job. She almost never misses a beat and is a great asset to this location. On this particular visit she only missed getting a refill of hot chocolate to the table in a timely manner which is a very small and rare mistake. I asked another worker and it was delivered quickly. Shari apologized as soon as she visited our table again and even accommodated extra strawberries for my leftovers that I mentioned were for my daughter. She is truly AWESOME and is always appreciated when we go in. We have visited on occasions when she is on vacation and the experience is always lacking in the special touch she delivers always with a humongous smile and cheerful attitude. If she ever has a bad day I have yet to have it change her service level or attitude. She is truly the only reason we visit this location.

Not very busy but took longer than normal to place order and receive food.
