Shari's

Took 3 times to get my steak properly cooked but everyone was more then helpfull

When we got to Shari's, they had several people waiting to be seated and it seemed the staff was overloaded. It took us a while before we were seated but once we were at the table our waitress, Angie was fabulous. She was helpful in every way and we loved the rest of our visit. Thank you Angie for your care.

The noise made from clearing the tables was obnoxious. It only takes a second longer to lay a dirty plate and utensils into the box rather than toss them in.

Service and food was great to be highly stafied your staff would have to be mindreaders

There was no pastrami available :(

The waitress who served was new to the job. Not very familiar with the food menu. I hope she would not better with my next visit.

There was a bit of a wait to get something as simple as a refill on our waters. We were right next the the kitchen and the booth area where your servers keep things.

Over all the service was good and the food was good. I was satisfied with everything.

Might be too many customers and not enough of waitress.

Our server was inefficient, disorganized, forgot several items from our order, failed to check back in at our table after the meal was delivered to see if we needed napkins, beverages, condiments, etc., and had a mildly irritable demeanor. She DID quickly rectify all the mistakes in our order, and was also quick to bus empty plates and other items.
