We were sat on the corner and waitresses with pink hair forgot about us. Took to long for everything. She took only one plate to us and we had to share because she mest up on entering our order by the time she brought the second plate we were done.

the food was not hot at all, but the waiter was very jiffy on the spot to have that fixed.he was most appreciated.

Shari's, we had amazing experiences with you the first couple of times we visited but: 1. Service: We've tried visiting semi-regularly, but there's a waiter there who doesn't seem at all attentive. In fact, he seems annoyed to help. This makes it difficult to relax. There are some nice waitstaff there, too, but this one guy isn't very nice (dark hair, smokes, works at night?). I know it's a tough job to serve others, but I don't think everyone's cut out for service. 2. Also, the nachos are pretty bad. Seriously. It was like a microwave and some bagged cheese had a baby with some bagged chips from Wal Mart. I have had some amazing dishes at Shari's (prime rib dip and the fish and chips were UH-mazing). That one was flat out gross. For $10, I expect something a little better than that.

Took too long to get our order. My daughter was on her lunch hour, so time mattered, otherwise would not have been an issue.
