We were looking for a place to go weekly as a group to meet for breakfast 4-7people. I previously remember the breakfast menu having more economical options. The cost was too high by about 20-35%. Portion size for hashbrowns was surprisingly small. My family owned a restaurant wholesaler, one of the things I remember about cost of goods sold; never short people on potatoes or bread; portion cost is minimal and people feel they at least got an adequate amount for the price. I would expect a basic breakfast meat/eggs(2)/hashbrowns or pancakes for about $7.50 then coffee and tip (18-20%) to be less than $12. This was a convenient location for the group, but we will probably look for someplace else.

Our waitress was very nice but the food took too long to come out and then it was cold. She said she would get us some more eggs but we declined because she was so busy and there were only two waitresses in the whole place and we only saw one cook. They were very short staffed.

Slow service. Our waitress was supposedly training someone. It didn't seem like it. Service just seemed really slow. Slow to take our order, slow to receive the food, slow to check on drink refills and finally, slow to receive the check.

Waited a long time to get coffee. They said t hey had to brew a new pot. Got coffee after my pie arrived.

Our server wasn't exactly running around, but she definitely walked past our table about 25 times and didn't look at us. I even asked her for the check, but I don't think she could hear me. She had a very needy table kiddie corner from us, so I didn't hassle her. She thanked us for being patient, but it's a good thing we didn't need refills or anything because we were invisible for awhile. I ordered the breakfast Panini and it was literally swimming in mayonnaise. It was everywhere. It was unpleasant to eat and probably more unpleasant to watch me eat.

We ordered the nachos. We asked for the sour cream on the side and that the cheese be all over the chips not just a few (not wanting extra cheese, but wanting the cheese to be more evenly distributed). Neither happened.

Ordered breakfast and specifically said that we did not want toast and yet it came with rye toast.

The on staff manager was very helpful and nice. Are female server was not. Took a while to get the food, had to go and flag the server down to get a refil since she didn't come by at all. Then when we finally asked for a refil she had gone up front and starting talking to, (who I assume is her boyfriend), who started feeding her food from his fork. While still waiting on our refil. Took at least ten minutes to get the drink. Barely saw her at all had to go out of are way to get ticket, drinks, food. Normally the server there are excellent, she definitely lacked training or was just lazy I'm not sure.

I had to wait to be seated with no one else waiting. Once I was seated, I gave the waitress my drink order. I then sat at the table almost 15 minutes before a different waitress came by and asked if I had been helped. I told her I had submitted a drink order, but it never came. She (403402 Taylor) apologized profusely and took my order. It took another 20 minutes for the order to arrive. When it did, the scrambled eggs were cold, as well as the pancakes. The butter wouldn't even melt on them. During the time I was eating, I heard a discussion being held between the Manager and the original waitress that seated me (Megan). Megan was stating that she was severely hung over and "not functioning at the top of her game" and that she was hoping she would "get it together". I have been coming frequently to this Sharis for years (you can check my Sharis card) but the last several times I have been in, I've found hair in my food 3 times, and have had to return food to the kitchen due to it being undercooked twice. I don't know what the problem with this location is, but it needs to sharpen up before more people start complaining and not returning any more.
