Shari's

Both orders were lukewarm when they arrived at the table. One order didn't have the salsa and sour cream until we asked for it. No water was offered.

My wife and I both ordered from the +55 menu. We were disappointed with the portions we were served. We both ordered a cup of soup with our order. Both cups of soup were only half filled. The food portions were very disappointing also.

Asked for eggs over m and they have me undercooked eggs that were still gooey. Also the stuffed hash browns were barelynstuffed and burnt on the bottom. The toast was burnt and the regular hash browns overcooked.

Took long to be seated and then to have order placed and then did not receive all of what was ordered. The waitress were nice enough and apologized for taking long. But still a very long wait upon a wait and then a wait to get rest of the order.

The manager or team lead sat us and helped us toward the end is always a kind guy to us. The server assigned to us could not have cared less about us. The manager guy got us our drinks. The server never refilled our coffee or water, passed by us several times to talk to table of disruptive rude friends she was serving across from us who arrived at least 10 mins before us if not more. She helped them, refilled their drinks, took orders, gave them extra stuff, messed around (the customer shot a straw wrapper at her... all before she took our order. We were ready quickly but she said "i'll be there." then the above happened. She was very short with me when I mis-read and mis-ordered something. I realized my mistake and apologized despite her rudeness, she didn't help me realize error only was snippy. She gave us our food and more creamer... we never saw her again until she gave us the check with hearts and stars all over it. The manager got us a to-go box and checked on us toward the end. We adore him. We are nearly weekly regulars and the servers usually cheer us up. This server Brandy is a bad reflection on an otherwise great location. (Food was good thankfully.)

The Bacon was cold. The bisquits and gravy dry not enough gravy. And paprika added on top of the gravy. Never saw that before.coffee way to strong Change brand or to old.

We ordered a veggie burger and it was burned--The fries were also WAY overcooked. There was nothing to make this burger stand out.

the salad was nothing more than lettuce. the ham was just small pieces and half fat. my soda glass was filled with crustiest and my turkey and potatoes were cold

Wife’s eggs were runny, (the whites around the yolk were clear liquid), my over medium eggs were hard, the hash browns were under cooked so much the potatoes were still hard! We ate so little of the breakfast the waitress felt guilty and gave us coupons for pie which I gave to a man dining with three children since I knew we were not coming back!!

The biggest problem was the food... It came cold and not very good.. The pancakes were very heavy not like any pancakes we had ever eaten before... The coffee seemed old and like it had set for a few hours... The good was the waitress she was very knowledgeable and seemed concerned about the pancakes when we asked if they were made from wheat... Overall very disappointed as we have eaten at other Shari's before and it was good...
