We waited for over ten minutes for a refill and still had to ask for it. We received one napkin each fir greasy food. We saw our waitress a total of three times throughout the meal, including giving us the tip.

I had a very bad experience with this visit, I am not sure if this was because they were short handed. 1) It took forever to give the order 2) It was almost like, I am sitting there with no bartenders 3) I never got the check after eating the food, had to go to the front desk to get someone to help me with a check and payment. She was not happy when I said, it looked like no one is there to serve the customers. I don't think, I will visit this Shari's again. I suggest the management to visit the McGrath's fish house to experience the real customer service.

Waitress was extremely rude and would not listen. Extremely slow and no manners. She thought she was funny but I will never go back that that location ever again. Other Sharis are great but this one is terrible.

I ordered the Honored sirloin dinner, medium rare. What I received was a well done sirloin. I had it sent back and did not get a replacement until I had finished the rest of my meal (almost 10 minutes later and it had to be asked for again). Also, I had to ask again for my iced tea. I was not asked if I wanted any dessert before being presented with the bill w/o comment. On a nice note, the manager (I think) gave me a piece of pie to take home because I told her I was unhappy and what all had happened.

Arrived and told them this was a birthday dinner and we had other guests that would be arriving. When other guests arrived they were not greeted and left sitting at the front door waiting for us. Food arrived at different times we had to track down waiter to get condiments never received a refill on my drink until I asked 3 times. Then presented my military ID and was denied military discount which has never happened before.

Food portions was not what was expected at all. Have gone to other shari's and have enjoyed it but this experience has made it so i dont ever want to go back. The plates when recieved after waiting were pretty much empty. When I got a refill of lemonaide there was something floating in the drink and it took ten minutes for anyone to be around to ask for another one. The staff seemed more inclined to telling stories and talking to one another than to worry about the customers.

Server was the worst. After she took our order we barely saw her. She forgot my salad and I received it with the rest of the food. We had to find her for the check and a box. Never received the check so we went to the register finally tired of waiting. There were at least 3 other tables in her section that were ignored as well. Tatoo lady can work elsewhere. This is the first time I have had problems with this location.

I have always had the BMP omelet and now it's no longer on the menu. I asked if it could just be made, thought that's a pretty easy request and they said no. That's a great omelet and the reason i come to sharis. Too bad, we came allot. Would it be that hard to make, really!

Lettie is a waitress/ server. Very very rude and dismissive. On multiple occasions for a variety of reasons. At one point she openly criticized me for not leaving a tip on a to go order for a milk shake. She glares, is not attentive. And I watched as she took nearly a half hour to make 2 milkshakes in a nearly empty restaurant.

The waiter never checked on us after bringing the food. The temperature of the food was cold. I told him when he came to clear the table - it was obvious the food was cold since I barely ate any of it. I told him about the temperature of the food. He brought us the check with no deduction for the bad food - we paid full price. No manager got involved. It was a very disappointing experience.
