I ordered a plain grilled cheese sandwich, nothing more, no fries, etc. I got charged $8.99. Too expensive for two slices of bread with a slice of cheese plus it was cold.

the menus changed and no one knew the changes. Both food orders were wrong. The table was dirty. The staff uniforms were stained and dirty. $30 for 2 for lunch I would expect better food, service, and staff.

My granddaughter and I were in the Boise location and we were seated quickly but it was awhile before anyone took order for drinks and then awhile before we were able to order our food. After awhile of waiting out good came. My soup was ice cold and the mashed potatoes were cold. I informed the waitress and she reheated them.

My salad was small and I asked for egg and there was 3 small pieces of egg It was also brown and wilted had to throw away

My eggs were over cooked, the server didn't pay attention to my son when ordering, did not put cherry as requested on shake. Hardly any gravy on biscuits and server was no where to be found after we received food

We were quite explicit in our order. We are Sharis customers, and have been going to Sharis for many years. We told the waitress exactly how the eggs should be cooked. She was apparently not listening, as when they came she presented them with no thought of whether it was accurate or not. When we told her they were not right, she was not helpful and her attitude showed that she was not interested.

Team member ignored a request for a certain dressing, bringing a different one. Did not have much knowledge of a good item that was ordered. Brought the wrong side on a good item we ordered. Wasn't very fun or enjoyable. When I brought the attention to my very oily, unflavored food, she brought me back an item that was just as oily. It was also my husband's birthday, and I'm sure there's a free slice of pie, or a discount of sorts, but didn't elaborate or share any kind words for the holiday and occasion. Highly dissatisfied.

My wife and I ordered the t-bone steak with baked potato. Medium rare. The first time it arrived it was well done. The waitress got it right the cooks did not. These steaks were replaced my wifes was medium rare and mine rare. Just barely warmed past moo. Also these were absolutely toughest steaks I've ever had in a restaurant that wasn't golden corral I expect it there. The potatoes, the salad, the pie all good the steak terrible both times. Lettie the server was excellent and very responsive. I won't ever do the steak again.

Once I received my food instead of the quiche being hot and the fruit being cold, both were hot. Some fruit was under my quiche and there was mold on some of the grapes. My son got a meal too and the fruit on his plate was hot as well. Both of our meals took too long to come out.

Me and a friend came in last night. The waitress talked about her dark side. We both ordered the trail boss prime rib $14.99 each we both ordered our prime rib blackened With backed potatoes. The order was at the table with in 5 min. The prime rib was really cold like just taken out of the frig. There was no Cajon spices on them and it was not blackened at all. I sent mine back to be corrected and warmed up. It came back with in 2 minutes. Still cold and still not blackened. I paid $36.42 for this meal. The waitress had her attion on a other guest that came in after us. She keep saying she wanted her break through the hole meal. By the time we got up to leave she was sitting at the table on break with this guess. We had to wait for about 15 minutes to get our ticket. I am a fine dineing dinner cook. Blackened prime rib takes way more then 5 minutes for 2 orders. I paid way to much for the service I resized last night. I am sorry but I will be taken my money else were and passing the word on about this store. Earl
