Horrible. The dishes they served were dirty and the food was cold

We will more then likely return to Shari's, but will request Mike as a server NOT the lady that we had. Seriously, people were walking out, because they were not receiving their food and we were just about ready to leave (there were 5 of us in our group). We were going to request Mike to come and help us, but his side was very busy! our server was (352806 Anne-7)

Service was horrible. Lisa did not check back at all. I had to go to the counter to get someone to fix my order. They fixed but charged me for the mistake and even on the relaced order we did not get the extra bacon i paid for.

My son's food and mine were cold. They took it and heated it up in the microwave which made the egg yolks hard and it took forever to get more coffee. Don't think I'll go there again for a LONG time!! Service and foo both were TERRIBLE11

I can hear your cooks swearing in the kitchen and my food is over cooked. The waitress is NOT FRIENDLY, and the service was horrible.

Brandy didn't bring all the food we had ordered and proceeded to lie to us when we inquired about what comes with the meal. Nobody came for refills and she dropped off our ticket with the food. The meal that was 10.99 had less food than any other cheaper meal we ordered. While there, a table next to us told her they waited long enough and if their food wasn't ready to cancel the order. She is a horrible waitress. This whole store is horrible. If we have to choose between a Shari's or cheap and old gas station food, at least the gas station food would taste better and we would get better service.

After waiting a bit to be seated, we sat ourselves. When server came to our table, the server started conversation by scolding us for not waiting to be seated. I told her we waited, but had to sit quicker due to leg injury (my leg is in a full cast)!! We almost left at that point. Too tired and hungry, we decided to stay. We usually go to another Sharis in nearby city frequently and always use our Sharis club card. So being familiar with the menu, we both knew what we were going to order. Server saw that I didn't open the menu and she said "You're not eating?". I told her yes,we are eating. Server needs help with customer service! Food arrives, my english muffins were burnt and his fried eggs were overcooked (tough as shoe leather). No drink refills even after putting glasses at edge of table. It seemed too late for server to be nice to us at that point. First (an hopefully last) time I did not leave a tip for a server!!

poor follow thru with waiting staff. Servers thought it fine to share conversation with other staff and ignore our table.

We are regulars at this Sharis restarant, however, today was the worst experience we have ever had. First of all it took 10 minutes to have someone greet and seat us. Then I ordered a Mexican Scramble without sausage and after waiting a very long time, it came WITH sausage so I sent it back and when the second one came, it came with HAM. I sent it back and ordered just two fried eggs and toast. I received two eggs, no toast. The waitress said it was my fault on the Mexican scramble because I didn't say no ham, but she looked at the menu and ham wasn't listed so she apologized, said it was the cooks fault but did not offer to compensate in any way. Then it took 15 minutes of standing at the cash register to have someone check us out. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Anre was the severe I didn't get my drink tell my food arrived. My hamburger was pink inside and their was another sever that had to give me my meal cause my server was slow. My server kept forgetting what i order even tho she asjed me three times. Then she tells me that i didn't get mine cause their was another person ahead of me. I was really dissatisfied with this visit. If I come back I don't want her as a sever again.
