I ordered the blackened prime rib medium rare came out over cooked and luke warm. Then I was told that it comes in precooked and that it is hard to get it medium rare and hot.

Our server brought the wrong drinks. Then neglected to wait in us for 10 minutes. When ordering we advised we had a coupon. When 1 member of the party requested no eggs with the dish and wanted to add tomatoes she indicated she didn't understand what she was asking. She then told her she should Just order the sides. So that is what she wrote down. Pie came with my order and I ordered triple berry to go. She gave us Marion berry. She acted as though we were a pain and she didn't want to wait on us. When we went to check out they would not accept the coupon for buy one entree get one free. Since the coupon was the reason for our visit we were not happy especially since we tried to order two entrees and she told us to order the sides. The manger would not apply the discount and was not sympathetic at all. We will never visit this restaurant again. Customer service was awful.

I will not be coming again. The food was under cooked. There was a piece of something hard in my ranch and everything was gross. I want a full refund.

We were there over 2 hours was only actually helped for maybe 10 mins tops. Was given attutude by staff. They said they were not going to mop because it was fine. Gross. Was called hun and sweetie by the server. We literally had to wait over 30 to 40 mins for someone to check on us. We overheard one of the ladies saying all thet are ordering is appitizers to where we could hear it. I did not tip because of the horrible service and that was when he paid the most attention to us and as we were leaving we heard him say wow. I stood up while we waited multiple times to see if they were busy. They at max had 2 other tables. They were mainly just standing around talking or doing nothing. The food also made me violently ill.

The service was unfriendly. The napkin with the silverware was soiled and had been previously used. The pancakes were burnt on one side and undercooked on the other.

A Hairy Situation

The food tasted great. I had the ultimate country fried steak breakfast. The problems I had was 1. the super long wait for the food; 2. the hair I found cooked into one of my eggs; 3. the really annoyed man at the register. I showed the hair to the waitress and she took it away. A long time later (everyone else had finished their meals) she came back and asked us what pie we wanted for pie Wednesday and that a portion of the bill was deducted from the total cost. Apparently, a hair in your food is only worth deducting $3.50. I had no desire to argue about this so I didn't comment about how the problem was rectified. The man at the register seemed really annoyed to be there. In regards to the hair in the food, I would have expected the entree to be deducted from the bill. Overall, the great taste of the food was not enough to make up for the slow service, the hairy food and the unfriendliness of the man at the registrar.

The restaurant was dirty, staff unorganized, and we watched the cook touch our food with his bare hands from our seats.

Once the order was taken it took 30 minutes to receive our food. I let the server know that we did not have our food. She started watching for the order which took about another 5-10 minutes. The food was fine. When I told the cashier she apologized, said something about they did expect to be so busy.

The two of us wanted a couple of milkshakes after attending an evening ballet performance. No regular milkshakes were listed in the menu, only pie milkshakes, which we didn't want. We asked the server Jack C., therefore, whether regular milkshakes were available. Rather than answering the question, his response was "chocolate, strawberry, vanilla." When we ordered a chocolate and strawberry shake, he asked if we wanted anything else. His tone suggested he wasn't thrilled with having us only order two drinks and nothing else. When the milkshakes arrived, there was no hint of ice cream. They were the thinnest shakes I've ever seen in 55 years of life. A spoon in the glass didn't face any resistance in clinking to the side of the glass. They were no thicker than chocolate and strawberry milk. Because of the lack of friendliness by Jack, we didn't say anything to him. The cashier, who was friendly, asked how things were and when we hesitated to answer, she said she wanted to hear the truth. She told us they had gotten complaints that the milkshakes were too thick and they were directed to put more milk in them. She indicated we should have asked for them to be made thick. Wow.
