When they sat us we had one waitress she took our order, my husband wanted regular Italian dressing, she thought it was but it was not, they took her off that section and placed her in another and said some waiter would be taking care of us, they never brought our soup and salad, until our original waitress saw our food on the pass over and brought it to us, realizing we never received our soup and salad she brought it to us then also, the salad dressing was a cream Italian and my husband does not like creamy Italian, the fish and fries were just fairly Luke warm, the fish was very greasy, and we never saw anyone again after our food was brought to our table, until I walked up to get our ticket and pay it, and by then I was just so done, and we left.

The server Laura should have stayed home. I get that it is Christmas and you want to be home, but don't come to work with a poor attitude and bring people down that want a good meal and happiness at Christmas. Also, she was unwilling to make a change to an order and forgot to give me my soup I ordered to go after my meal. I remembered when I got to the car but didn't want to return to get my soup. The service by Laura was luke warm at best. I had to ask for coffee two times and she just didn't seem that happy to be at work. Also the very expensive pie slice that I received was VERY small. It looked like it was the last piece of pie in the restaurant and scraped together from the bottom of the pie pan. I don't think I will be back as my experience on Thanksgiving was also poor and I wrote about my decaf coffee that was so poor it tasted like licking a dogs rear end. I'll bet you think that I am a huge complainer, but I am l really am not.....I just want a good meal and good service and I just don't seem to get either at this location.

Our server never came back to check with us, so we never had a chance to address the issue with her. We had intended to address with the manager when we checked out, but another team member checked us out - the manager appeared very busy during the time from when we found the long black hair in the peanut butter pie until we left.

Our waiter Jack was not attentive to our needs at all. He not once offered to refill our drinks, he didn't even stop at our table to see how we were doing, took way too long to come back to us to take our order. Didn't stop by our table at all during the meal other than to bring the french toast about 10 minutes later than the other food. The steaks and shrimp were not properly cooked. The stuffed hashbrowns were not even stuffed like normal. Listening to one of the employees mutter a curse word when they walked by was not good to hear! What the impatience of another employee and his lack of respect for an ederly couple was not good to watch! The lack of customer service was very disappointing. Especially reading the Shari's Sign about what you care about!

Horrible service. Would help if there were more servers but it was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Long wait and I was thirsty the whole time because my drink was not refilled.
