I received warm delicious coffee quickly, and the food followed soon after. Great service, really friendly hostess!

The people were extremely friendly. We are from Idaho Falls and were stranded due to weather and they completely helpful. We were especially impressed with an employee named misty. She was great, offered us pie and made it really easy for us to do this survey.

Awesome meal and service

Servers should be high aware of what goes when a meal. Had to tell the waitress what see forgot with my meal.

We would have liked some water to drink; none was offered. Waitress was slow to check back after bringing hot tea water/coffee so we sat there a long time without drinks. Pie was cold and seemed smashed/did not appear to be fresh (strawberry rhubarb). There was also a delay in getting our food.

Food and service were great. The hashbrowns could have been a bit better and ketchup could be left on the table. Price was a little higher than I expected. I'm not fond of the word ma'am, so I'd rather not be called ma'am. Overall, I was satisfied with both the food and the service.

It was a great vist

Any time I've eaten at this particular Sharis it has always taken a long time to get our food and to get drink refills. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The food was great, and the steak I had tasted awesome. The mashed potatoes looked as though they had come out of a tv dinner because they had a definite form to them (looked like a rectangle that came out of a box), but they tasted fantastic. Great job on cleanliness, even in the restroom. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and the free pie is always appreciated!

I felt rushed out of the place when i wanted to sit back and do homework and just enjoy my time here. Other than that it was great!

The booth, overhead lighting, and area behind booth was dirty . . . food particles, dust and liquid spills.
