Took a long while for the server to return to take our order last night and this morning. Love your restaurant and menu

Food was good and so was the service

My first time there, our waitress Mercada was very friendly and attentive. Good was good.

The fries portion was stingy small. They tasted good, but there should have been two to three times as many fries I would estimate. I pointed out to the waitress the ridiculously small portion of fries (compared to times in the past, I would say). In fact, I pointed it out more than once. She shrugged it off and did nothing about it. Maybe she couldn't do anything about it for all I know. Still, it wasn't right in my estimation for me to have to put up with so little fries. I was still hungry.

worst service ever ! took way to long to be seated and get our food. this place needs to hire bus people !!

We stayed in the waiting area without anybody coming to seat us. Finally, one of the servers asked us to seat ourselves. After we sat down, the manager came to ask us what we would like to drink. She looked unhappy to serve us. Because of her aloofness, my companion asked for one coffee and water, and I only asked for water. After a while, the server named Krist (223932) came to us. She didn’t give us the time to order. Despite the respect we gave her, she made us feel unwelcome. Her treatment made me feel sick to my stomach. After serving us the first round, she ignored us the entire time. I was hungry, I wanted to order some food. I decided to go to a different restaurant. In the end, she brought us the bill with an order of two coffees, and she was making up her face. Even when we thanked her for bringing the bill, she said you welcome in a very cold way. Then, the manager came to us told us that the table we are seated at is one that is for people who order food, indicating that if we did not order, we had to leave. I was never treated this way in my life. We ended up eating at different restaurant after that.

This was some of the worst service I've ever had. They were not busy at all, we had to wait over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged and seated. Waiter took off and left us waiting to order. Never offered us refills on drinks or asked if we needed anything else. Food was hot and that's the best thing I can say about our visit. It's sad because Sharis used to be my favorite place to eat.

There was only one server on staff in a busy, crowded restaurant. We waited nearly an hour to receive our food (and that happened only when we asked for the food please). The management of this restaurant must be incompetent to let this happen.

Our server tonight, Richielle, brought us our food, and then forgot about us for over 40 minutes. She never checked on us after bringing our meal, and we couldn't flag her down. My boyfriend finally got up and found her to let her know we wanted to order pie. She never apologized for the wait, and seemed annoyed, like we were bothering her. All of our other visits to Shari's have been great. And the food tonight was very, very good, but unfortunately, we didn't pass along our compliments to the chef since we were upset and wanted to leave.
