Our Server Karen was asked to reheat our lobster soup which we found to be a little cool ( we were assured it was at the proper temperature, however ours was reheated with no delay. We found that to be very helpful.

Shari's is a good place. Low-key, good menu. The staff at this location are great.

I've been into this Sharis a few times and this was the first time I had Bobby as a server. I'd observed on prior visits that he was very professional and so tonight when he was serving me, I was not surprised by his performance. He was genuine and accommodating, offering to answer questions about items on the menu and giving helpful responses to my inquiries. I appreciated that he wasn't overbearing but made me feel like he was still attentive when I needed to order, get more water or check out. Excellent server and a great experience!

Shellie, our waitress, was very attentive, very accurate in our order and willing to be helpful if there was anything we wanted to know about. The food was tasty and accurately served. The cashier was very helpful about the coupon for a doughnut. We enjoyed our visit.
