We were exceedingly impressed with our waitress, Frances. She was outstanding from beginning to end! She was very friendly, hospitable, efficient, accommodating; in short, her service was simply outstanding! Shari's is fortunate to have an employee with such unusually fine customer service and public relations skills, combined with excellent service and warm personality! It was a most pleasant experience from start to finish! Thank you for this opportunity to commend a fine employee!

The server engaged us in conversation making us feel valued. She gave us plenty of time to look over the menu. She checked on us after the food was served to check our satisfaction.

Got two Honors salmon dinners - delicious as usual! Eat at this Shars about once a week! Newly remodeled, very clean and good food, friendly waitresses. Eat delicious pies often!

The wait person, Carol, was so helpful. She discussed with me a couple modifications to the menu item that I wanted (Spring Berry Combo) and assured me I could have it just the way I wanted. PERFECT! Also, as soon as I was seated in a booth she asked if I wanted coffee right away..oh boy, didI! She brought a cup of coffee and a carafe right away even before I settled on a menu item. Carol was so warm and friendly and welcoming. You can be sure I'll be returning!! Carol's employee number may be 227204--the number next to her name on the check.

Our waitress Judy at the Beaverton Sharis was amazing. Extremely helpful, kind, and joyful made my friends and I all so happy for the rest of the night. Also great at answering all our questions.

they were very busy and had lines to pay for there meals.I put my name on the list and was called within five minutes, the table was clean, and my drink was brought soon after I sat down. She gave enouth time to decide what I wanted with out feeling rushed. The meal came the way I wanted.
