Shari's

The Hamburger didn't taste very well. Like it was different than the last three times.

Waitress almost too friendly talking with other "regular "customers. Took her time in getting to other guests.

We have eaten at Sharis for many years since originally opened in various locations and have eaten at this location many times before with great satisfaction, however, tho our waitress was wonderful, the food ordered (country fried steak with potatoes) was overcooked, the potatoes were very lumpy and gravy was not a good flavor - and we have eaten this same meal many times over the years and this was a huge disappointment.

Meals were on smaller plates and seem to be less than we got for same meal before. Eggs in omelette were undercooked and too watery Volume of meat was low in omlette

this is the second time that I ordered the chicken and waffle that was horrible in taste. I did complain about it and they were nice enough to replaced them. Hopefully it will be different the third time around when I decide to dine in again.

While the food tasted good, the Mexican Scramble did not look appealing. It was very busy, but the server did not check back after the food was delivered, and it took me three tries, being polite but assertive, to gain the attention of the server when I wanted to order a slice of pie.

The food could have a bit more flavor to it. The vegetables and hashbrowns more specifically.

The chicken strips were overcooked. The fish didn't taste fresh. Our booth kinda smelled bad.

We had a wobbly table and my juice glass was filthy so I didn't drink it. I did not bring it to our waitresses attention because she was really busy and I didn't want to bother.

I forgot to present my Shari's cad at the time of payment and was not asked I If had a Shari's card.
