The prices are high for coffee shop food i this area and have risen. There was NO BUTTER available. NOT margarine, BUTTER. MOST restaurants DO have butter upon request and I consider this poor. Also, the chocolate pie that I had was WAY WAY WAY TOOOO MUCH whipped product and such a very mild chocolate taste. I hesitate to think what all this whipped 'stuff' is made of. The salad I had was nice, tho I thought the menu said BABY spinach and this was NOT baby spinach...otherwise the salad was fine....

I am a difficult person to highly satisfy

food took too long in coming to the table.

I walked up to register which was being handled by the manager, and realized I had not received my ticket. He pulled the ticket and began ringing up before I even reviewed it. I wanted to have an item put on separate ticket and he acted like I was a bother. He had a scowl on his face and was very abrupt with me. Other customers were watching him also and glanced towards me. I looked for his badge, which he did not have on. But I knew he was manager because he had white dress shirt and tie on. He needs to take a course on customer relations/service.

Friendly staff, slow service, ok food

I was satisfied with Sharis overall -- I won't be back soon because this particular Sharis is not in my ususal neighborhood. I will likely visit either the King City and/or Sherwood Sharis soon.

Coffee was not hot.
