It was busy and several things could have been better but the server and manager were so great and gave us a great experience!

The eggs were rubbery. Tasted like they had been sitting a while

My mom’s senior meal was larger than ours. It took a long time to get our orders and all were only moderately warm. We received no refills of coffee and no clean napkins with our desert.

Rudeness of waitress. I came in and sat down with two friends and a waitress brought 3 cups of coffee. I had not seen her yet. When I told her I didn't order coffee (my friends had) she said, I thought you did. That was my first interaction with her. She asked me " do you want it or not. ". It took me a second to decide if I want to pay over two dollars for a cup of coffee. She said, " it's an easy question, yes or no! " needless to say I said no. How disrespectful! No, I did not leave her a tip. My check was a small amount but it is more than what I will spend in there for quite some time . The regional manager happened to be there when I paid and I was extremely impressed with him. Very nice and polite.

The music playing was too loud, and included vocals, which make conversation difficult.

Did not refill water, brought small glasses. Did not bring wedges of lemon as requested. Brought entree while still eating salad and just put it down in front of me without asking if I would like to finish salad or move salad or whatever. Table was too tight and cramped not enough room for four people.

I had the mango fruit smoothie and it did not taste good. It tasted a little off. Maybe it was expired or the mix has too much sugar.

I Tried something different. checked the price and was charged $2.00 more Then was showen the smaller print That ,that price was for mon. thru fri.. If I have to read all the details .I know where to go that that has great food and they give us the price stated on the menue.. It will be a while before we return.

I went at later in the evening around 8:30 to 9 the greeter was nice and talking. However, after being sit I did have to wait a awhile to get my order taken, and the food was cold. The frys were nice and hot but the shrimp and chicken both were cold. I had to get up to ask for another refill. Thanks
